The huts around the Seiser Alm serve traditional dishes from South Tyrol with local, regional products.
Dumplings or Herrengröstl (veal with potatoes), Kaiserschmarren (torn pancake dish) or Buchteln (sweet rolls) are made with eggs, milk and other ingredients directly from the surrounding farms. Other delicacies are farmer’s marende (snack board), Schlutzkrapfen (similar to ravioli) and other South Tyrolean delicacies
