The huts on the Seiser Alm

A stop at a hut around the Seiser Alm is a must! You have the choice of stopping in a rustic hut or in a gourmet hut. Whichever you choose, you can be sure of a cosy atmosphere, warm hospitality and culinary delights.
The huts around the Seiser Alm serve traditional dishes from South Tyrol with local, regional products.
Dumplings or Herrengröstl (veal with potatoes), Kaiserschmarren (torn pancake dish) or Buchteln (sweet rolls) are made with eggs, milk and other ingredients directly from the surrounding farms. Other delicacies are farmer’s marende (snack board), Schlutzkrapfen (similar to ravioli) and other South Tyrolean delicacies
