During this period, delicious dishes made from ingredients that come 100% from the Dolomites Region Seiser Alm (zero km) await you in all participating restaurants.
The unique thing about “Schlerngenuss Dolomites” is that all the ingredients in the dishes, apart from oil, salt, pepper and sugar, come exclusively from the Alpe di Siusi Dolomites region.
The aim of the culinary weeks is to bring local cohesion and a 100% local and sustainable culinary offer to the fore and to establish 360-degree cooperation with farmers and direct marketers. This strengthens local interaction.
